These Terms govern use of the Neural-GTM website. The website is operated by eDocuSign Inc., a Delaware corporation, operating as Neural-GTM. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The website and Neural-GTM services
The website describes Neural-GTM’s done-for-you pipeline growth services and provides ways to request information or book a strategy call. These Terms cover the website only. Client services are governed by a separate written Client Agreement.
No guarantee of results
Benchmarks, examples, case studies, reply rates, meeting figures, pipeline references, and other results are provided for general information. They are not promises or guarantees. Results depend on the offer, market, timing, data quality, deliverability, execution, and sales process.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful business-evaluation purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, misuse site content, or violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
Booking and contact
Information submitted when requesting a call or contacting Neural-GTM must be accurate. Booking a call does not create a client relationship or an obligation to purchase. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Neural-GTM name, logo, tagline, site design, graphics, text, and code belong to eDocuSign Inc. (operating as Neural-GTM) or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Site content may be reviewed for internal business evaluation but may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party scheduling tools, platforms, research, or other services. Neural-GTM does not control those services, and their own terms and privacy practices apply.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neural-GTM disclaims warranties regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neural-GTM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Total liability relating to the site will be limited to US $100.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.
